HISTORY
Opened in 1988, this residential golf community has become known as an ideal place to live, visit and
golf. The signature golf sets the standard for superior quality -- 54 holes of championship golf by
Arnold Palmer and Larry Nelson. Craft Farms offers the visiting guest not only 54 holes of golf but luxury
accommodation on property as well.(Cypress Point Condominiums and the NEW Marriott Courtyard) Each golf shop also offers a teaching PGA staff for those who may need
a little fine tuning of their game.
COTTON CREEK CLUB
Arnold Palmer is a living legend in the world of golf and beyond. He's combined his championship skills and
talent to create superior golf courses that challenge players at all levels. The Cotton Creek Club is the ultimate
place to play and have fun. Rated as one of the top ten courses in the state of Alabama, Cotton Creek offers 27 holes
of quality golf and service unmatched. Cotton Creek has hosted not only the 1992 State Amateur Championship and the Dixie
Section PGA Championship, but is also the host to many large groups and corporate outings each year. Along with 27 holes
of Palmer golf, Cotton Creek also offers a full service bar and grill, with a fully stocked pro-shop.

WOODLANDS
A Larry Nelson designed course with sharp contrast to its sister 27 holes at Cotton Creek. Accuracy, not distance, will
be of primary importance due to numerous bunkers, lakes and natural marshes throughout the course. The Woodlands was voted
by the Dixie Section PGA as the second most playable course in the section. Also offered is a club fitting and repair shop
directly on the practice tee at the Woodlands.

CYPRESS POINT CONDOMINIUMS
Opened in January of 1995, these luxury two and three bedroom condominiums sit linkside on the Cotton Creek golf course and
overlook a lake and the rolling fairway on the West nine. Each condominium is fully furnished with fully equipped kitchens,
full size washers and dryers and all the comforts of home. When staying at Cypress Point, you may choose to purchase one of
our "STAY & PLAY" golf packages, or you can just rent the condominium for as many nights as you wish. A sample of our golf
